¿Qué hace Honoralia?

¿Es legal eliminar contenido de Internet?
Sí, cuando existe base legal. El Reglamento General de Protección de Datos, la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 y la sentencia Google Spain del Court of Justice of the European Union reconocen el derecho de supresión y el derecho al olvido en buscadores. La Ley Orgánica 1/1982 protege el honor, la intimidad y la propia imagen. Honoralia solo actúa por estas vías y nunca con métodos irregulares.
¿Se puede borrar cualquier contenido?
No. Se puede retirar o deindex el contenido inexacto, desactualizado, publicado sin consentimiento o que vulnera el honor o la intimidad. La información veraz y de interés público actual suele estar amparada por la libertad de información. En esos casos se trabaja el desplazamiento con contenido positivo, y te lo decimos antes de presupuestar.
