Right to be forgotten in search engines
We remove your negative search results from Google and Bing. When someone searches your name, they will no longer appear.
Withdrawal on Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Tinder, etc.
Defamatory comments, photos without your consent, fake profiles, videos, third-party posts. We work across all platforms.
News in the digital press and newspaper archives
We negotiate with the media and, if necessary, with search engines to deindex. We apply the right to be forgotten to old, outdated or damaging news.
Withdrawal on third-party websites
We are contacting the webmaster, hosting provider, and, if applicable, the search engine so that the information does not appear in either the source or the results.
Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Yelp, Booking....
The 94 % consumer survey shows that consumers avoid businesses with negative reviews. We remove reviews that are false, defamatory or posted by unfair competitors.
Google Images and other platforms
Old photos, sessions that no longer represent you, stolen images or from social media accounts that have since been deleted but are still indexed. We delete them.
Maximum legal protection
Uncontrolled publication of photos of your children, school data, press mentions. The legal framework is particularly robust for minors.

Google.

If you have served a prison sentence or your criminal liability has been extinguished, you have the right to have them expunged. This also applies to prior police records.
When the amicable route is not enough
Civil proceedings for infringement of honour and privacy. We can claim compensation from publishers and search engines.
Digital legacy and will
We manage the removal of a deceased relative's digital footprint: social media, emails, posts. You can also plan for your own.
Commercial databases that shouldn't have you
Exercising the right to erasure and objection concerning unsolicited commercial communications.
Legal framework
We don't ask for it as a favour. We demand it in your name.
Our work is supported by a solid legal framework that protects your right to control what is published about you. These are the legal pillars we invoke in every claim:
Established in the judgment of the CJEU of 13 May 2014 (Case C-131/12, Google Spain) and included in the Article 93 LOPDGDD. It allows search engines and publishers to be required to remove information that is no longer relevant, accurate, or proportionate. Google.
Article 18 of the Spanish Constitution Organic Law 1/1982 Civil protection. Basis for making claims against publications that violate your private sphere or damage your reputation.
EU Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and restriction of processing. Claimable before the AEPD.
Criminal Code offences against privacy (Art. 197), slander (Art. 205), defamation (Art. 208), discovery and disclosure of secrets, digital extortion.
On the Internet, forgetting is not a privilege: it is a fundamental right recognised by the Court of Justice of the European Union.

No debería.
