Specialist legal services

Lawyers in honour, privacy and data protection law.

Specialists, not generalists.

For over two decades, we have defended before courts and Spanish Agency from Data Protection Those whose privacy is violated by online publications. We are not a firm that does everything, but the firm that defends your name.

A note from the Head of Department
"Behind every file there is a person who is suffering."

I've been practising law for over twenty years, and I can assure you of one thing: when someone comes to our firm with an issue concerning honour, privacy or data protection, It's never just a legal matter. He's a father who can't sleep because there's a photo of his daughter online. A manager who lost a contract because of a ten-year-old news story. A businesswoman whose competitor flooded Google with fake reviews. A victim of sextortion who no longer dares to go out.

Our job is simple to state and very difficult to execute: restoring the peace that someone took from you, relying solely on the law. With no shortcuts, no empty promises, and no selling you a false dream. If a case can't be won, I'll tell you before I charge you. If it can, we'll fight to the end.

Thank you for your trust in us.

Honoralia Model

An office. Three types of actions.

Unlike a traditional law firm, when we take on your case, we have immediate access to three teams working in parallel

Technical Elimination Team

Programmers, technicians and de-indexing specialists who carry out removals
that our lawyers achieve.
Full integration between the legal requirement and effective withdrawal.

Reputation and Communications Team

Journalists, community managers and SEO specialists who manage communication during legal crises and amplify rectifications or favourable rulings.

Legal Team

Qualified lawyers who direct the legal strategy. They coordinate with the other two teams so that the legal route is not isolated from the technical and reputational work.

A complex case isn't won by lawyers alone, nor by programmers alone, nor by journalists alone. Victory is achieved when the three work in unison under the same strategy. That's what makes it unique. Honoralia model.
